The hotel is located in a great location, making it convenient to explore the city. It is close to tram and metro stations, allowing easy transportation. The staff at the reception speak English and are helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with daily room cleaning. The breakfast is satisfactory, although it could offer more variety. The hotel provides hot water at the reception, which is convenient for making tea or coffee.

The restaurant has limited hours, closing at 11.00 pm sharp, which may not be ideal for guests who prefer late-night meals.

It seems the key is a kind of the room. I've booked a studio (#205 - warmly recommended) everything is new, nice, clean and confortable. You have a small kitchen with frige and staff, huge bathroom, a park view with silence and fresh air outside. If you don't like noise of a big city - good option.

Distance from the city center - be aware, but taxi is coming in 5 min and take you to the city in another 5 min. Breackfast can be definitelly better - its not even remind of what Russia can offer. Also - if you come a half of hour before 10 (it served until 10AM), you most probable will have only a tea with sugar...from some reason we couple of times found empty plates and it seems was a problem for the staff to refill it...

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff at the reception were excellent and always went above and beyond to meet my needs. They even helped me book a taxi during heavy rains. The rooms were comfortable and they even gave me a smoking room with a balcony, just as I had requested. The location was quiet and the hotel offered daily room cleaning.

The breakfast was good with a decent variety of options and the hotel’s location was very convenient for exploring the city. the staff was friendly and helpful in providing directions and suggestions for activities and restaurants nearby.

The room was quite small and uncomfortable with a strange smell that lingered throughout my entire stay. The amenities offered were also lacking as I expected more for the price I paid.

We had a romantic escape to this hotel and we enjoyed our stay. The room was cozy and comfortable, perfect for a romantic getaway. The staff was friendly and accommodating, they made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was tasty and offered a variety of choices.

We were disappointed by a few things. the location was not ideal, it was a bit far from the main attractions.
